After an early start, a group of Seaford Head School students flew to Malaga in Spain for a 5 day visit to Jaén in southern Spain. We headed straight off to Malaga beach for a picnic and some fun and games followed by a walking tour of the city and a very welcome and delicious meal at a Spanish restaurant before our drive to Jaén and a good night’s sleep at our hotel.
In the morning, the group excitedly made their way to Fuentezuelas High School for a morning of bilingual activities before a Scavenger Hunt later in the day with their new Spanish friends.
The day trip to Granada to visit the fabulous Alhambra Palace was really popular and students enjoyed the beauty and history of the castle and city.
The visit to Castillo de Santa Catalina was another enjoyable trip and students took part in a lovely countryside walk down from the castle and into the beautiful city of Jaen before a great fun evening Disco with their Spanish friends.
In the morning the Seaford group bade a fond farewell to Jaen before heading off for a final day sightseeing in the fabulous city of Madrid before flying home having had a fantastic trip.
